#Getting started

1. Create an account at portal.blkhost.app (Register, top right).
2. Pick a service from the catalog and check out — payment is by card (processed by Stripe; we never see your card number).
3. Most services deploy automatically within minutes of payment: game servers, TeamSpeak, bots, and file storage.
4. You'll get an email from [email protected] with a link to set your game panel password (panel.blkhost.app) the first time you buy a deployable service.

#Game servers

After you order

1. Pay the invoice → your server is created automatically with its own address and port.
2. Log into panel.blkhost.app — your server is there: live console, file manager, backups, restarts.
3. Your connection address is shown on the server page (e.g. play address : port).

Modpacks

The CurseForge Modpack plan can run nearly any pack. Tell us the pack (ticket or order note) and we'll set it up for you — that's included. Version changes and pack swaps are included too.

Backups

Every plan includes backup slots — panel → your server → Backups → Create. Restore is one click on the same page. We also run our own nightly infrastructure backups.

#Voice servers (TeamSpeak)

1. Order → the server deploys automatically.
2. The panel console prints your server address and the one-time admin privilege key on first boot (panel → console).
3. In TeamSpeak: Connections → Connect → paste the address; use the privilege key when prompted to claim admin.

#Web hosting (Static Site / Managed Web App)

⚡ Static Site — instant, zero setup

1. Order Static Site in the portal → it deploys itself in minutes.
2. You automatically get yourname.blkhost.app — with SSL, already live with a placeholder page. Your address is shown on your server page at panel.blkhost.app.
3. Upload your files: panel → your server → Settings shows your SFTP address and login (same password as the panel). Drop your files in the /public folder — FileZilla, WinSCP, Cyberduck, or the panel's own file manager all work.
4. Refresh your site — changes are live instantly. That's the whole flow: no tickets, no waiting, one login.

🌍 Want your own domain instead?

1. Order, then open a ticket titled Domain: yourdomain.com — we wire it at no extra cost. No domain yet? We'll help you register one (~$10/yr, you own it).
2. At your registrar, point DNS at us: A  @  → 98.192.160.14 and A  www → 98.192.160.14
3. SSL is automatic once DNS points our way — free certificate, renews itself forever.

Managed Web App

For dynamic apps (Node/PHP/Python): order, then open a ticket with your domain and repo/files — we set up the runtime, deploys, and SSL. White-glove, usually live within 24 hours.

#Business Web & CRM

The full package for a local business — custom website + online booking + a private customer dashboard (leads, jobs, invoices). $299 one-time build + $75/mo, no contract.

1. Order it in the portal (Web Hosting → Business Web & CRM).
2. We call you (15 minutes): what you do, what customers should do on the site, what look you like.
3. We build, you approve — typically live within a week. Includes a logo/brand kit if you need one.
4. Leads hit your phone — every booking/quote lands in your dashboard and pings you instantly.

#File storage

SFTP Storage (50 / 250 GB)

1. Order → your private storage container deploys automatically.
2. Connection details (host, port, login) appear on your server page at panel.blkhost.app.
3. Connect with FileZilla, WinSCP, Cyberduck, or rsync/sftp from any terminal.

S3 Object Storage (125 GB, MinIO)

S3-compatible buckets with your own access keys — works with any AWS-S3 tool (aws s3, rclone, restic, Cyberduck). Console URL and keys are on your server page. Great for app storage and offsite backups of your own machines.

#Bots & containers

Discord Bot (Node.js)

1. Order → an always-on Node.js container deploys automatically.
2. Upload your bot code via the panel's file manager (or SFTP), set your bot token as a startup variable, hit start.
3. Auto-restarts on crash; full logs in the console.

Custom Container

Bring any Docker image. Order, then open a ticket with the image name and any env vars — we review and deploy it (usually same day), with a reverse-proxied domain included if it serves HTTP.

#Billing & cancellation

Cancelling: portal → Services → your service → Cancel. Choose end-of-billing-period (use what you paid for) or immediate. No fees, no contract, no phone call required.

#Backups

• Your backups: every game/app plan includes backup slots — create, download, and restore from the panel's Backups tab, anytime, yourself.
• Our backups: we snapshot all customer data and databases nightly with 7-day retention on separate storage. This is disaster recovery — it protects against hardware failure, not against "I deleted my world on purpose" (that's what your backup slots are for).

#Getting support

• Tickets (best): portal.blkhost.app → Tickets — tracked, answered by a human, usually same day.
